Reger has helped groups through event development, event consulting, volunteer training, and night of event conduct. He has worked events from $25,000 to millions of dollars, but his greatest pleasure is helping clients grow their events.

Reger has received recognition within the auction community as Virginia State Champion Auctioneer, Virginia Auctioneer of the Year, and induction into the Virginia Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame. Reger has also received awards of Life Membership from Safari Club International, National Wild Turkey Federation, Ducks Unlimited, and Trout Unlimited for auction marketing efforts with conservation.

Reger holds both a BS and Masters degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
