Many times you have heard the word “Bid Spotters” used to describe people that are working in the audience to, well, spot bids and point at bidders as they raise their bid cards. Our people are much more than bid spotters. We consider them an extension of the auctioneer, acting as a relay between the bidding guests and the auctioneer. Our Floor Auctioneers are interactive with guests, giving words of encouragement to bid without being rude or aggressive.  They help to add excitment and enthusiasum to the auction

Our Floor Auctioneers get rave reviews from many of our clients, and there presence in the live auction alone can add thousands of dollars to your live auction revenue.

The Floor Auctioneers can also assist with revenue enhancers, helping to sell raffle chances or similiar activities.  They are trained and have the experience and friendly attitudes needed to help sell your raffle activities.  Our Floor Auctioneers help you with event manpower.  We will free up you volunteers from having to manage and sell the raffles so they can be assisting with other important tasks.  It willl free up the parent volunteer at their school's function so they will be able to enjoy the event and be out spending money in the silent auction area, which is where they should be.

Not having any raffle type activities? Our Floor Auctioneers can also help with promoting silent auction items and sections to your guests, help close the silent auction and collect bid sheets and more.

Floor Auctioneers are a value added addition to your event. Many of our Floor Auctioneers have been working with us for years, we provide both classroom and event training to them before they can work for us. They have the experience and confidence needed to perform their duties masterfully.

To cover your live auction event, our general recommendation is for one Floor Auctioneer per 100-150 guests, depending also on the configuration of your event room.
